Welcome to my blog dedicated to empowering women's health!

I believe in the power of women's bodies and their innate ability to bring new life into this world. My mission is to provide you with the latest research, personal stories, and expert advice to help you make informed decisions about your health and the health of your baby.

As a birth worker, I help women own their power and have the birth they desire on their own terms. I love empowering women through every step of the process, from preconception to postpartum care. I can help you discover the benefits of natural pregnancy, offer tips on how to live a more holistic lifestyle, and provide you with the tools to have a positive home birth experience.

My prayer is that while you read through these posts, you discover helpful information that will elevate your journey toward optimal health and wellness for you and your baby!

3 of my favorite resources to share….

3 of my favorite resources to share….

Last week I shared how important it is to always keep learning and how that realization came to me as a brand new parent caring for our tiny little girl. With information at our fingertips there is no reason we can’t seek out the information we need to make knowledgeable decisions for ourselves and our families.

We are all capable of learning, right?

On that same token it can be completely overwhelming to go to Dr. Google and start looking for information if we aren’t sure where we are heading. I want to help you with that.

Having our daughter made us realize there were so many things we didn’t know when it came to caring for our tiny human. We also realized that it was our responsibility to learn and know what options and make decisions that were right for us.

So we started asking questions.

Three ways you can relieve the pressure of overwhelm....

Three ways you can relieve the pressure of overwhelm....

I have always wanted to be a mom and God has blessed me with 4 children on earth and 2 in heaven. I have also wanted to homeschool and have since my oldest was born. I have a huge vision of what kind of mom I want to be and how close I want our family to be by the way we raise them.....

Yet here I sit tonight writing this at the end of what feels like the longest day EVER!

Being a mom is hard work and when you add all the other elements of keeping a house, feeding and caring for everyone, and homeschool to the mix it can be overwhelming.......
