I had the honor of sharing my stories on this podcast and am blessed to be able to share this resource with you. Birth is an amazing experience when we are left to experience it without stress and interventions. If you need some inspiration to fight for your birth experience this is a great place to get it.

She speaks on the myths of the “geriatric” label and reminds women that if they can grow the baby, they should feel confident to birth them!
