I am a Birth Worker, specializing in pregnancy and childbirth empowerment.

I am passionate about helping women who have had traumatic birth experiences, unplanned c-sections, and unnecessary interventions overcome their experiences, grow in their knowledge and belief in their body so that they can go on to have empowered birth experiences with confidence.

I believe that women are powerful beings that were created to grow and birth new life into our world; that when we believe in our creation beautiful birth experiences can become the norm as we share our experiences to empower others.
