Natural Wellness for Life

Small, intentional choices that support the life you want to live.

My journey into natural wellness began during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

As I searched for answers through 13 years of infertility, I began learning more about the products I used, the foods I ate, the toxins in my home, and the everyday choices that could affect my hormones and overall health.

What started as a desire to prepare my body for pregnancy gradually became a more intentional way of caring for myself and my family. I certainly haven't done it perfectly and I don't expect you to either.

Real life wellness

Wellness Doesn't Have to Be All or Nothing

I'm a stay-at-home mom and homemaker — homeschooling four children, preparing meals, keeping our household moving, and building a part-time virtual assistant business in the pockets of time I can find.

I try to live by an 80/20 approach, although some seasons look more like 70/30. After having four babies and now being in my 50s, my body doesn't respond the way it once did. This season is about coming back to myself.

You are allowed to care for the people you love deeply without disappearing from your own life or consistently putting yourself last on the list.

Start With the Foundation

The wellness world can quickly become overwhelming. There is always another product, protocol, powder, or supplement promising to be the missing piece. I've come to believe that it is more helpful to begin with the foundation when it comes to root-cause health.

Nutrients

Essential vitamins & healthy fats

Hydration

Simple daily habits that add up

Movement

Realistic ways to move your body

Rest

Sleep, digestion, and recovery

Know Your Numbers With Omega-3 Testing

Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in supporting the body — the heart, brain, immune system, and a healthy inflammatory response. But taking another supplement without knowing what is happening inside your body can still leave you guessing.

That is why I appreciate a test-based approach. An at-home fatty acid test can help you better understand your current omega balance so you can make more informed choices — and retest to see whether those choices are creating measurable change.

It isn't about blindly adding one more supplement. It's about knowing where you're starting.

Create a Healthier Home

Natural wellness is about more than what we eat. It also includes the products we bring into our homes and use around our families every day. Start with one product, one room, or one daily routine — small swaps add up.

Freshen & Clean

Replace heavily fragranced cleaners with plant-based options that leave your home actually clean.

Support Wellness Routines

Essential oils can become practical tools for simple daily wellness rituals for the whole family.

Calming Spaces

Create comforting spaces and make more intentional choices about what surrounds your family.

Wellness Through Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum

My wellness journey is deeply connected to my experiences with infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. After years of waiting and four IUIs before conceiving my first child, I went on to give birth to four babies — including three home births that reflected the birth experiences I once envisioned for myself.

If you are preparing for pregnancy, navigating pregnancy, planning for childbirth, or thinking about postpartum support, I would be honored to share what I have learned. I am here to listen, help you explore your options, and point you toward resources that may support your personal goals.

It's Time to Come Back to Yourself

Maybe you have spent years caring for your children, managing your home, and meeting everyone else's needs. Somewhere along the way, caring for yourself may have started to feel optional. I understand — because I'm living it too.

Your health matters. Your body deserves support. And you are worth caring for too.

Not Sure Where to Begin?
