I BELIEVE Women Deserve a Voice in Their Own Story
I'm a dedicated wife. Proud homeschooling mom of four. Longtime advocate for women. And a woman finally learning how to put herself back on her own list.

It Started With Advocacy
For years, my heart for women centered around pregnancy and birth — helping women ask questions, understand their options, and trust their instincts better.
That passion grew from my own journey through 13 years of infertility, fertility treatments, and four IUIs before finally seeing the positive pregnancy test I had waited so long for.
After my daughter was born, I realized I never wanted another woman to believe she simply had to go along with what she was being told.
I wanted women to know they could ask questions. They could learn. They could advocate. They could trust themselves.
And all these years later, I still believe every bit of that.
Somewhere Along the Way, I Stopped PRIORITIZING Myself
Putting Myself Back on My List
Not perfectly. Not all at once. Just intentionally—one small decision at a time.

Start Small
Taking the supplements already in my cabinet. Getting outside in the morning. Ten quiet minutes in the shower. Nothing revolutionary — just consistent.

Rebuild Trust
Missing a day doesn't mean I failed. I can come back. Rebuilding trust with myself — one small decision, one honest moment at a time.

Ask Better Questions
What does my body need? What is this overwhelm trying to tell me? What am I carrying that was never meant to be mine alone?
This Isn't Only About My Health
This is generational work, starting with me.

Supporting Women in Many Ways
Today, my work reflects the different ways I’ve learned to support women—through pregnancy and birth advocacy, practical resources, honest conversations, natural wellness, and community.
It has also taken on a new form in this season of my own life.
One of the ways I’ve started putting myself back on my list is by building work I can do from home as a virtual assistant. It allows me to use my creativity, organization, and problem-solving skills while working in the pockets of time around homeschooling, raising four children, and keeping up with our family’s activities.
Through this work, I get to support heart-centered entrepreneurs with the behind-the-scenes pieces of their businesses while creating something meaningful of my own. It has given me an opportunity to contribute financially to my family, rebuild my confidence, and reconnect with a sense of purpose outside of my responsibilities as a mother and homemaker.
The work may look different depending on who I’m helping, but the heart behind it remains the same: helping women feel supported, capable, and less alone as they build lives, families, and businesses that matter to them.
