I can relate to all of that and that is why I’m sharing this here. See, I have been struggling with some issues like swelling in my fingers and feet for years now and I know my body has been out of whack since having four babies in six years. Interesting fact: The lymphatic system is larger than the circulatory system but has no pump! Our bodies have 3 times the amount of lymph fluid as blood, and it has to circulate from the bottom of our feet up against gravity! It relies mainly on skeletal muscle contraction to move it. That means the less we move, the less it pumps.
I have joined a group that is doing a 14-day lymphatic cleanse starting on May 15th and I’m really excited about it!
